Meet the CEO

Hello! My name is Alyssa Rozines, and I'm the founder of Teach To Reach Tutoring. My journey as an educator began in 2017, and I've been helping students learn and grow ever since. I earned my Master's degree in Early Childhood Education (PreK-6th grade) from Old Dominion University, and in 2020, I was named Fairfax County's Region 1 New Teacher of the Year.

For me, teaching is about more than just academics. It's about helping students become the best versions of themselves. This belief is at the heart of everything we do at Teach To Reach Tutoring. We are committed to creating a supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to take risks and grow. Our approach is built on patience, understanding, and perseverance, with a focus on building a strong community where every student feels valued.
