Your journey begins when you reach out via our contact form. Share your child's grade level, subject needs, challenges, learning styles, and goals so that we can best match your child.
Step 2
Expert Tutor Matching
We match your child with a tutor to fit his or her needs and learning styles.
Step 3
Connect and Learn
We set up your initial session and continue to work directly with you and your paired tutor throughout your time at Teach to Reach Tutoring.
Step 4
Direct Collaboration & Ongoing Learning
After your initial tutoring session, we will communicate with both you and your tutor to see how the session went. While we will remain in contact, you and your tutor will also be able to contact one another. This allows for flexible scheduling and a strong learning partnership.

Do you have a contract that requires a commitment to both a tutor and a certain number of tutoring sessions?
While we do have a contract for you to sign, there is no binding commitment to a tutor, a start date, an end date, or a mandated number of sessions that need to be scheduled.
How do we pay?
All payments are digital. You can either make a payment via Zelle or Venmo. More information regarding payment details will be included in your contract.
What if we don't find the tutor to be a perfect match?
Teach To Reach Tutoring takes pride in our ability to successfully pair tutors up with students. With that being said, we know that not all teaching methods work for everyone, and we are happy to help set you up with another tutor if needed.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session?
We know that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel/reschedule a tutoring session. We ask that you provide more than a 3 hour notice. If you cancel within a 3 hour window, you will have to pay a late fee. More information regarding cancellation policies are included in your contract.
What if we have already paid for a session and we need to cancel or reschedule?
If you have already paid for a tutoring session and you need to cancel or reschedule, that is no problem at all! The funds will go towards your next session. More information regarding prepaid sessions are included in your contract.
Do you offer virtual or in person tutoring sessions?
We offer both in person and virtual sessions! While in person tutoring is often more preferred by families, we have also had many great successes with 1:1 virtual sessions. You are always welcome to schedule 1-2 virtual sessions before committing to a routine schedule.
